Fonitronik's Eurorack DIY take on Thomas Henry's CMOS ADSR features a full ADSR envelope with a pot for control of each stage, and an LED to show status of each stage. Trigger and Gate inputs for control, and individual gate outputs for each stage. An end pulse is built in, and there's a switch for an AD/LFO mode as well - which routes the end stage of the ADSR to the trigger input. There's a three position switch provided for for high/mid/low speed as well.
