The Noisefoc is a little synthesizer including three
squarewave oscillators and a kaputt sounding noise function. It also features a light sensor
for controlling the pitch and it has two different mixing modes.
The Noisefoc offers two oscillator sections. OSC 1
and 2 run in series, OSC 1 modulates OSC 2. While
the frequency of OSC 1 is controlled by a knob, the
frequency of OSC 2 is fixed or it can be controlled by
the light sensor.
OSC 3 runs parallel to the first ones and both sections
can be mixed together by two different modes: Hard
mode, which offers a kind of gate effect. You'll find it interesting especially in low frequency
ranges. The soft mode works more like a usual mixer. In the Foc mode (can you guess it
already?) the oscillators freak out completely and offer sexy noise and „dentist drill“
sounds. We love it.
